Initial Appointment & Fees

Appointments
During the initial appointment our goal will be for me to to gain a full understanding of your concerns and your current situation and plan a way forward that is likely to reach the best outcome for you. The frequency of sessions will vary depending on what your concerns are and the level of help you require. I am usually able to offer an initial appointment within a week or two depending on your flexibility/ availability. Alll appointments are confidential.

Fees
Fees for each 50 minute consultation are $165

Medicare Rebates
A Medicare rebate of $124.50 is available per session if you have a GP “Better Access” mental health care plan in place. You may wish to discuss this with your GP. 

Cancellation Policy

Appointments with me are dependant on my availability. If appointments are booked and not used this limits my availability to others. I ask that I receive at least 24 hours notice for the cancellation of an appointment. You may be charged a cancellation fee of $50 for any appointments that are cancelled that cannot re-booked. I appreciate your understanding.

Bulk Billing
Concession card holders are bulk billed with a GP mental health care plan referral.

Health Insurance Rebates
No referral is necessary to use a private health fund. It is not possible to claim both a Medicare rebate and also a benefit from your private health fund.
